Photography Services
Booking a photography session with Jamie Breen Photography LLC is subject to a separate photography contract or service agreement provided at the time of booking.
Session availability is not guaranteed until:
A signed agreement is received, and
Any required retainer/payment has been paid
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing for photography services is subject to change without notice.
All retainers, deposits, and session fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
In the event of cancellation by the client, payments made may be forfeited according to the terms outlined in the client agreement.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for notifying us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule a session.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to:
Unsafe weather conditions
Illness
Emergencies
Circumstances beyond our control
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new session date.
Digital Galleries & Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered electronically through an online gallery unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for:
Downloading and backing up their images promptly
Preserving image files after delivery
Jamie Breen Photography LLC is not responsible for lost or deleted files after the gallery expiration period outlined in your client agreement.
Artistic Style
By booking services, clients acknowledge that they are familiar with and accept the artistic style, editing approach, and creative discretion of Jamie Breen Photography LLC.
Editing styles, poses, compositions, and overall artistic interpretation are determined at the photographer’s professional discretion.
RAW/unedited images are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide exceptional services and preserve client images, Jamie Breen Photography LLC shall not be held liable for:
Technical failures
Equipment malfunction
Lost or corrupted files
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during sessions
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

Privacy
